Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sacramento, California, responsible for conducting various maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure a well-maintained property.

This role involves responding to resident requests, maintaining outdoor and indoor areas, and assisting with inventory management. Reliable transportation is required due to emergency on-call needs, and a variety of benefits are included with the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
