Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and new move-ins.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; perform cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing when appropriate.
