Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to assist in all maintenance aspects of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool upkeep, grounds maintenance, and participating in unit inspections while maintaining safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site attendance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and record chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover events.
• Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
