Job summary

Asset Living in Reno, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support all property maintenance activities, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work across the community.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will handle make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, safety-compliance duties, and daily records of service requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and daily on-site duties.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of make-ready/turnover events.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; promote safe work practices.
• Keep accurate records regarding service requests and maintenance activities.
