Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues across the property to meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will complete work orders, perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inspect work by contractors, and assist with inventory management and grounds maintenance. EPA refrigerant certifications and state/local compliance are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• EPA refrigerant handling certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) required.
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property following policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Makes-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, secures materials, and coordinates with maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
