Job summary

Strategic Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform maintenance and repairs to keep the property safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, respond to requests promptly, and support preventative maintenance programs.

You will inspect systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), manage repairs, and assist in preparing vacant units for move-in, aiming for at least five make-readies per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, property management, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• HVAC and EPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and repairs within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on property systems and outdoor areas.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant units, completing at least five per week.
