Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the property's physical aspects meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs per policy to keep units and common areas in good condition.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant homes, inspecting and ordering supplies, documenting work, and supporting grounds maintenance. A valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required, with on-site

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• All required state and local certifications must be current.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart and vehicles on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect punch lists.
• Track materials, inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document work and keep records of service requests for tracking.
• Assist with grounds/amenities maintenance and safe material use.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in OSHA trainings.
