Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks across apartment properties. You will diagnose and fix building systems, complete make-readies for new residents, manage inventory, and assist with grounds and curb painting as part of daily duties.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal), a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairs per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, and inspecting work.
