• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Schedules vendors and contractors as needed and ensures materials are available for tasks.
• Documents and tracks service requests accurately.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
