Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and make-ready tasks at on-site properties in Irving, TX. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and help maintain grounds to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel to nearby properties may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification as Type 1, II, or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and carts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance to meet company standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Documents work accurately for proper tracking and reporting.
• Assists in safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and company policies.
