Greystar at Alta Westinghouse Townhomes in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work, ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing issues, completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, managing inventory and supplies, and documenting all work.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, required.
• All state and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs following safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready processes from pre-move-out inspection to punch lists and scheduling.
• Track materials, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and amenity maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
