Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks a Service Technician to maintain property facilities, perform preventative maintenance, and support the make-ready process for vacant units. The role includes handling work orders, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include inventory management, site cleaning and painting, and assisting in cost-control through efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance and repairs per policy, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory, procure materials, and notify supervisor for re-ordering as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts and using resources efficiently.
