Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes completing work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory management, and documentation of service requests.

Responsibilities also cover site upkeep, cost-conscious repairs, adherence to OSHA requirements, and occasional travel to assist other properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on property buildings and grounds.
• Ability to complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Comfort with documentation and safety procedures (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs on the property per safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling.
• Manage materials and inventory, and coordinate with supervisors.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and general cleaning as needed.
• Help reduce costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
