Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine upkeep in apartments, common areas, and amenities, including preparing units for new move-ins and painting, cleaning, and ground maintenance. The role involves handling service requests, assisting with preventative maintenance, and supporting the supervisor with supplies and general repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins including unit maintenance, painting and carpet cleaning.
• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity areas; maintain property appearance.
• Handle daily service requests and assist in preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in ordering supplies and support maintenance supervisor as needed.
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems and general building components.
