Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment communities, including common areas and units. This role responds to on-call requests and supports upkeep of grounds and mechanical systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC, plus strong communication and EPA/CFC certification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintenance of office including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping.
• Hands-on maintenance of the property including inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartment units and interior/exterior areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Maintains grounds and keeps area free of trash and debris.
• Monitors and maintains mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
• Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and replaces faulty components.
