Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments and common areas, prepare units for move-ins, and assist with preventive maintenance. The role covers interior and exterior work, including painting, cleaning, and grounds care.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. The position requires physical ability to lift and handle moderate to heavy items and operate common maintenance tools.

• Able to read and follow simple instructions and memos.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 100 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins including painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
• Repair building components including plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
