TRG Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments and common areas, prep vacant units, and support groundskeeping. The role involves preventive maintenance, painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to building systems.

You will follow safety and quality standards and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor. Daily tasks include responding to work orders, assisting in selecting supplies, and ensuring property appearance meets company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Good communication with the public required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas and amenity spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
• Assist with cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Maintain and repair building structures and grounds.
