Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine upkeep across our apartment communities. Responsibilities include completing tasks in units, common areas, and amenities, preparing vacants for new residents, and assisting with preventive maintenance and grounds care. Strong communication and basic tool skills are essential.

Work involves using power tools, maintaining property aesthetics, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with various duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Operates basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintains and repairs multiple property areas as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas.
• Prepares vacant units for new move-ins.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and related cleaning tasks.
• Maintains grounds and repairs building infrastructure as needed.
• Assists in ordering supplies and supports maintenance supervisor.
