Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform on-site upkeep across properties, ensuring systems operate efficiently and tenant spaces are well-maintained.

Responsibilities include painting, electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency on-call service, and maintenance logs. Requires 2+ years in maintenance, high school diploma, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain office spaces, including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Perform hands-on maintenance of properties, including inspection, repair, and general maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings in maintenance logs.
• Provide on-call emergency service when required.
• Work with maintenance staff to keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Maintain mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus, including transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures.
• Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors, and install sensing devices.
