Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and improve physical aspects of properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks, manage materials, document work orders, and assist with grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining systems, following safety policies, and supporting cost-saving measures through efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required for service technicians.
• State and local licenses as applicable.
• A valid driver’s license to operate on-property equipment.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
• Access and track materials, equipment, and tools from maintenance department; notify re-orders as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for recordkeeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.

Formation

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification

Valid Driver’s License
