Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and common areas. You will diagnose issues, repair, and perform preventative maintenance while supporting costs controls and quality standards.

The role includes completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 & II or Universal required.
• All state and local jurisdiction certifications required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policy and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Tracks inventory and follows procedures to access materials and supplies from maintenance, returning unused items and notifying re-order needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure proper recording and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and assisting in property upkeep.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license
