Qualifications

• 3 years leasing experience with 2 years lease-up exposure.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, requisition supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, and assist with painting and cleaning.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
