Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and following safety policies. The role requires physical ability and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-orders.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certifications
