Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building and grounds meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacants, inventory management, and general property upkeep. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as required for Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes and coordinate vendors.
• Access materials from maintenance and track inventory; notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document and close out service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities and assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
