Vest Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet safety and appearance standards. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and maintain documentation, while assisting with grounds upkeep and cost-control measures.

The role requires flexibility for after-hours calls and compliance with OSHA and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required for applicable roles.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs to meet safety and code requirements.
• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Document work and maintain inventory per procedures.
• Assist with grounds, cleaning, and painting as required.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
