Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work across the property, ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and appearance standards. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining documentation while supporting on-site operations.

You will manage make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinate with vendors as needed, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follows work orders and completes maintenance tasks within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and ensure readiness for leasing.
• Inspect and repair equipment, fixtures, and common areas per safety standards.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Document work performed and update maintenance records accurately.
