Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Procure materials from maintenance and track inventory usage.
• Document work and keep records up to date for service tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
