Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Ansley Park to carry out maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision. You will help ensure the community’s common areas and units stay in top condition while supporting the maintenance team.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, timely responses to requests, and adherence to safety guidelines; strong communication and basic computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
