Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ansley Park to carry out routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will respond to resident and management requests, assist with make-readies, inspect grounds daily, perform pool maintenance, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA guidelines while maintaining an organized shop and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit turnover events.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs; perform pool maintenance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory control.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and participate in on-call emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold property image.
