Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and function. The role covers maintenance, repairs, and preventative work across buildings, grounds, and amenities in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document tasks while coordinating with the maintenance team. A flexible schedule, safety training, and certifications are required, with a robust benefits program and

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• State and local jurisdictions certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance on the property per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work.
• Access and obtain materials and tools from maintenance, track inventory, and notify on re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support cost control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
