Prospera is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across our properties. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

The role requires independent work and strong teamwork, with on-call responsibilities as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain OSHA 10, EPA (and CPO if required) within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate maintenance tasks, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with limited supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I staff.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Complete unit make-readies, ensuring vacant units are fully prepared for leasing.
