Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not essential.
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification within 90 days; EPA/CPO if required by property.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate maintenance tasks, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with limited supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Complete unit make-readies, preparing vacant units for leasing.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
