Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Sparks, NV to deliver exceptional resident service and hands-on maintenance across our communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, perform routine checks, and ensure high standards of safety and upkeep for residents.

Requirements include at least 1 year in property maintenance or related trade, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification is desired or required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures and appliances.
• Respond to work order requests promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and report issues to management.
