Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Tacoma is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding resident service and maintenance across our communities. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, respond to work orders promptly, and help keep properties safe and welcoming.

Requirements include at least 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, 'can-do' attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other areas.
• Ensures assigned work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness and report items needing attention.
