Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Youngtown, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service while performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. You’ll handle work orders, perform routine maintenance, and help maintain a quality living experience for our residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
