Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service while handling repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

You’ll diagnose issues, respond to work orders promptly, and help keep the property safe and well maintained. A minimum of 1 year in property maintenance and a valid driver's license are required; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification (depending on property)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; alert managers to issues.
