Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician to provide excellent resident-focused maintenance across our Phoenix communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, perform routine checks, and ensure a high standard of safety and cleanliness.

You’ll need at least 1 year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with a housing discount

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• CPO certification is desirable/required depending on property.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; escalate items to the Service Manager/Property Manager as needed.
