Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding service to residents at Post Ridge Apartments in Nashville, TN. You will handle work orders, perform routine checks, and apply hands-on skills to maintain a welcoming living environment.

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring safety and quality. Strong communication and a can-do attitude help you thrive in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; report items needing attention.
