Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent condition and to support the Property Manager. You will supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety, quality, and timely operations on multi-site properties.

The role requires at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and availability for on-call emergencies 24/7. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to answer on-call emergencies 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Supervise make-ready technicians, service staff, groundskeepers and housekeepers.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to report needs and potential liabilities.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the grounds, buildings and apartment units in good condition.
