Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Sparks, NV is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident-focused maintenance. You’ll handle work orders and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and other trades to help residents feel proud to call our communities home.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in property management maintenance or a related trade, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure assigned work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
