Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV. This role performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs across community facilities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will handle turn-key projects to prepare vacant apartments, assist residents, and maintain high service standards. A valid driver’s license is required, with driving responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and percentages.
• Able to operate general office equipment.
• Able to frequently use maintenance tools and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and more.
• Complete assigned service requests safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• May drive company vehicle and supervise other associates.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
