You’ll assist with resident requests, follow safety standards, and may supervise other staff or contractors. A valid driver’s license, a High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of property maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must live within 10–15 minutes of the facility and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property maintenance at a similar site.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and calculations.
• Able to operate general office equipment as needed.
• Familiar with a range of maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must work with chemicals/cleaning supplies and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete assigned service requests safely and timely per standards.
• Maintain service quality and respond to resident requests to resolve issues.
• Apply policies and promote safe work practices on site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and maintenance tasks.
• May supervise the work of other associates and outside contractors.
