Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems running smoothly. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, repair equipment, and respond to maintenance calls to support patient care.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license (may be required).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace equipment, including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other mechanical and electrical devices.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.
• Respond to maintenance calls and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
