Job summary

Align Properties LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's appearance and ensure efficient daily operations. You will perform a wide range of upkeep tasks and respond promptly to on-site needs to keep residents safe and satisfied.

The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on safety, code compliance, and reliable unit turns as directed by the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Universal and CAMT certifications preferred.
• LIHTC/ affordable housing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and daily operations.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate unit turns with Property Manager and vendors.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
