Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) to maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. You will support the preventative maintenance schedule at one of our senior living communities in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, strong electrical/_codes_ knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Expert knowledge of electrical codes, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or related systems.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve building utility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related pipe systems.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
