Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Basic arithmetic skills for estimates and percentages.
• Must possess valid driver9s license.
• Able to operate general maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rent-ready condition.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safety practices and comply with company policies and laws.
• May supervise other associates or contractors.
