Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Edison at Frisco. The role focuses on addressing apartment and property maintenance tasks while delivering excellent resident service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs, plus safety and on-call duties. A High school diploma and at least one year in property management or related work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or property manager.
• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction with timely completions.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; address issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance.
• Promote safety and risk management following company rules and regulations.
