Job summary

Gallery Residential is currently looking for a Service Technician in Atlanta, Georgia to perform maintenance tasks ensuring the properties meet high standards for cleanliness and functionality. Primary duties include responding to resident maintenance requests and maintaining common areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexibly with various tools. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the capability to handle physical demands in differing weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Experience in using tools and performing repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
• Assist with the 'make-ready' process for new leases.
