Job summary

Westminster Management seeks a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our San Antonio communities safe, comfortable, and inviting for residents. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and small projects with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry is preferred. This on-site role offers training and advancement opportunities, plus a collaborative team environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty: perform painting, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Tackle Emergencies: respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotating on-call schedule.
• Stay Ahead: perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate: work with property management to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Wow Residents: deliver excellent customer service and address maintenance concerns promptly.
