Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas. The role supports apartment and property maintenance, aimed at delivering superior curb appeal and resident service.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and timely repairs. The technician will handle electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and HVAC tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service and property appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related maintenance field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify needed repairs.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow, weather incidents, fires or floods.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership regarding issues at the property.
• Promote safety and risk management per rules and regulations.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments with prompt response times.
• Foster positive interactions with residents and affiliated agencies to support curb appeal and service quality.
